Warranty

Montague Collective Warranty

Our tapware is supported by the following product warranties from the original date of purchase:

• 10-year replacement warranty covering the complete tapware product where a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
• 1-year parts warranty covering eligible replacement parts where a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Both warranties cover the supply of the applicable replacement product or part only. Plumber fees, labour, removal, reinstallation and associated costs are not included unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Installation requirements

Products must be installed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable regulations, installation instructions and accepted plumbing practices.

Please retain your proof of purchase and evidence of installation. These may be required when submitting a warranty claim.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Incorrect installation or installation by an unlicensed person
• Misuse, neglect, accidental damage or use outside the product’s intended purpose
• Failure to follow installation, care or maintenance instructions
• Harsh, abrasive or unsuitable cleaning products
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorised alteration, modification or repair
• Water conditions, pressure or environmental factors outside the product’s specified requirements

Making a claim

Warranty claims must be submitted directly to Montague Collective through our Contact page.

Please provide your order number or proof of purchase, evidence of installation, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video showing the affected product. We may request further information or inspection before confirming the appropriate remedy.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You may also be entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
