Complimentary standard delivery is available Australia-wide on every order.

Delivery timeframes

Stocked products are dispatched within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated standard transit time is 3–5 business days. The estimated total delivery timeframe for stocked products is therefore 4–7 business days from the order date.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by the delivery address, carrier delays, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control. Tracking details are provided when available.

Made-to-order products have a longer lead time. The applicable dispatch estimate will be shown on the product page or confirmed during order review before the order is accepted.

Returns

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, uninstalled and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Return delivery costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
