Montague Collective currently delivers Australia-wide.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch and vary according to the destination, carrier and product availability. Any applicable shipping charges and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Please contact us promptly if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact Montague Collective through our Contact page with your order number and clear photographs so we can assist.

Delivery delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur. We will assist with available tracking information and carrier enquiries where appropriate.
